  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato ketchup

  • 2 tbsp grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato, corn, etc.)

  • A pinch of oregano & chili flakes (optional)

  • Butter or oil (for toasting)

  1. Spread: Apply a thin layer of butter on the bread slices.

  2. Sauce: Spread pizza sauce (or ketchup) evenly on top.

  3. Toppings: Add chopped veggies of your choice.

  4. Cheese: Sprinkle grated cheese generously.
