Cheesy Spinach Quesadilla served in a White Plate


✨Ingredients:

  • 2 tortillas

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup cooked spinach, chopped

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

🍽Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Place one tortilla and sprinkle mozzarella and spinach on top.

  2. Cover with second tortilla. Cook both sides until golden and cheese melts.

  3. Slice and serve hot.

👉Tips:

          Serve with salsa or sour cream.
